We accept cancellation and refund requests for both defective and non-defective subscription orders within the applicable refund window stated below.

All subscription products sold on this website are new subscription services. Exchanges are not accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

For digital subscriptions, cancellation/refund requests are accepted within 14 days from the order date. A 10% subscription restocking or processing fee may be charged, unless otherwise stated in this policy.
For print subscriptions, cancellation/refund requests are accepted within 14 days from the order date. A 10% newspaper processing fee may be charged as stated in this policy.
Digital subscription orders do not require a physical return or return shipping label. Customers should submit cancellation/refund requests by contacting service@subscribedeal.com.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after the cancellation/refund request is approved.
